"PM firms like it because they can use the system to get instant prices from their roster of printers," said managing director Terence Livingstone.
The latest unnamed PM firm follows earlier deals with Perivan Print Management and Williams Lea.
Speedquote, which was set up in 2003, has also reached the milestone of 100 printers signed up its service.
According to Livingstone if a printer offers 25 quotes a day, with each quote taking an average of 15 minutes and using an estimator that costs 20 an hour, the system can save the user over 19,000 per year.
"We've got a solution here that can cut a lot of costs," said Livingstone.
Speedquote is internet-based and users pay a joining fee and then a monthly subscription to use the service.
