PBS Managing director Andy Twemlow bought the company on 2 January from retired owners Phil and Pat Thorne and rebranded it Peninsula Adroit Printers.
Jason Bale joins the company as general manager, while all four existing employees remain at Adroit, comprising two press operators, a finisher and designer.
The firm will also remain in its Nailsea, Bristol site, which houses a pair of two-colour Ryobi presses and a high-volume digital colour machine.
Bale told printweek.com that the company aims to boost turnover by 40% in the coming year.
He said that PBS, which supplies digital colour copier kit from brands such as Toshiba, could now also offer "a complete print service" for its customers.
Bale added that both companies could benefit from their respective customer bases, business knowledge and strong customer service.
