The deal was announced last week and remains subject to the usual conditions. It follows Paris-headquartered Antalis’ recent acquisition of Poitoo Adhésifs.
Founded and managed by Laurent Pigot and Frédéric Dupaix, Club Groupe specialises in the sale of machines and consumables for large-format digital printing.
Based in France, the group employs around 30 people and generated sales of around €14m (£12m) in 2024.
Antalis said the new deal would will significantly strengthen its expertise in visual communication in France by integrating a portfolio of loyal customers, an experienced sales team, and a solid network of technical partners.
“We are delighted to welcome the Club Groupe, Digital Printing France and TDP teams to the Antalis Group,” said Hervé Poncin, Antalis Group CEO.
“Their recognised expertise in the sale of printing solutions, combined with their proximity to customers, will fully contribute to strengthening our local presence and enhancing our service offering in France. This transaction is in line with our strategy of targeted growth to serve our customers.”
Pigot and Dupaix added: “Joining Antalis represents a major opportunity for our teams, our customers and our partners. By combining our experience in the field with the power of the Antalis network, we will be able to offer even more innovative solutions tailored to the needs of a fast-changing market”.
Earlier this year Antalis also signed a binding agreement to acquire the Fortuna Digital Group, a supplier to the Balkan wide-format printing industry, and acquired Leicester-based business The Packaging Company.
