As well as continuing to bring readers the leading print news stories of the day, the site now includes dedicated sections on pre-media, digital, post-press, presses, print buying, business and the environment, as well as a host of other key print-related areas.
“The new-look site enables us to offer users a much wider breadth of information, better reflecting the diversity of the print industry. I believe it will become the de facto business tool and resource for the sector,” said Haymarket Specialist digital publisher Wayne Morgan.
As well as the new areas, for the first time, a selection of features and columns from PrintWeek and its sister titles will be available online. Other enhancements include regular polls on important print-related subjects, improved search optimisation and a direct link to pressXchange.com, one of the largest online print communities and the market leader in the promotion of used printing equipment.
Over next week, as well as the usual Daily News Bulletin, printweek.com will also be launching weekly bulletins dedicated to the pre-media, digital and post-press sectors.
