The union said 19 jobs could go if Glasgows library and copy-taking was scaled down, but the firm said there would be around 10 cuts.
The GPMU has informed Daily Record & Sunday Mail that its members are prepared to hold one-day strikes starting this Tuesday and continuing every Tuesday afterwards. Although the chapel at the administrative centre is unconnected with Trinity Mirrors Glasgow print plant, production could be affected.
GPMU national officer Chris Harding has also confirmed that Trinity Mirror plans to move production of the Mirror in Northern Ireland from Derry to Belfast with the loss of 19 jobs.
