I swear by my Horizon StitchLiner

This investment has given us the confidence to offer customers a wider range of services. Previously, we had a lot of bottlenecks and we sometimes had to lift jobs to complete shorter runs by the deadline. The three-knife trim means there is no need for pre-guillotining and that saves us a lot of time.

The books look a lot neater. The StitchLiner can do larger block sections, meaning we can do more in-house as we don’t have to send jobs out for perfect binding. We can produce a wide range of sizes without having to rely on anyone else, and we now know that we can keep on top of the work. We are now running 5,000, 28pp booklets in just two to three hours. Recently we ran 85,000 12pp A5 booklets at more than 5,200 copies per hour.
