The company, which is based in north-west London and has about 30 staff, specialises in personalised direct marketing campaigns using Xerox digital print technology and specialist software from XMPie. Its clients include the Carphone Warehouse, Siemens Financial Services and ebookers.
Rowe was previously media solutions controller at Tesco, responsible for the company's publishing systems, and has over 35 years in the graphic arts industry on both the production and print-buying side.
At Inc Direct, Rowe will be responsible for driving innovation and operational efficiency, and will assume day-to-day management responsibility, freeing up the other directors to concentrate on other projects.
Rowe said: "Joining Inc Direct marks a new chapter in my career. It is a young and thriving business, which in a few years has already gained industry recognition – its numerous accolades are proof of this. I am looking forward to the challenge of taking the company to even greater success."
