Inc Direct awarded 3m contract extension with TalkTalk

Inc Direct has cited its ability to add value as a deciding factor for winning a three-year contract renewal with TalkTalk, a deal worth 3m across its duration.

The Enfield-based business is handling the company’s customer communications and welcome back programmes, a deal that spans direct mail, email, SMS and digital asset management.

According to Wesley Dowding, board director at Inc Direct, the contract win "is testament to the exceptional working relationship we have with TalkTalk".

Dowding added: "We have worked very closely with the TalkTalk marketing team and helped them enhance the customer journey and obtain a better ROI by combining customer data with relevant and timely communications.

"This is what we’re continually good at and it’s this level of added value that continues to set us apart."

Andy Bailey, director of client strategy and insight at Inc Direct said the TalkTalk contract extension is one of many business wins for the company, which is currently developing "new W2P marketing technologies".
