Trio of new tenders up for grabs

Three new tenders, including two worth six figures, are currently live via the government’s Find a Tender service.

With the highest stated total estimated value, of £400,000, the corporate communications team within the Department for Communities wishes to appoint a supplier for the provision of print services for all corporate publications and marketing/communications materials, in line with the department's brand guidelines.

The contract will run from 4 August 2025 to 3 August 2028, with a possible extension of anything up to one-year (up to 3 August 2029 at the latest) for a maximum of four years.

The tender submission deadline is 3pm on 8 July 2025, and details for the buyer can be found via Find a Tender.

Meanwhile, Northern Education Trust is looking to appoint a supplier to a single supplier framework who can provide student planners. The tender is listed under the ‘bespoke printed matter’ classification.

With a total estimated value of £315,000, the contract is estimated to run from 19 August 2025 to 19 August 2028 with a possible one-year extension to 18 August 2029 for a maximum of four years.

The tender submission deadline is 1pm on 11 July 2025.

Finally, the University of Aberdeen is looking for a supplier to deliver a range of print services, such as brochures, flyers, postcards, burst bound books, posters, business stationery, reports, forms, and pads.

It stated: “The scope of services that may be required, but not limited to, [include] production management, print production, print finishing services, online services, proofing, [and] reprographics services.”

There is no estimated value stated for this contract, which will last for 36 months, with the option to extend for 10 further periods, each of 12 months subject to satisfactory annual review and mutual agreement.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12pm on 30 June 2025.
