The 5.2m-run monthly, which is mailed to customers homes, will continue to be printed by Germanys Gruner + Jahr, which won the contract from Polestar Greaves last year (PrintWeek, 24 August 2001).
However, John Brown Citrus will be reviewing Skys repro contract, currently held by Electronic Solutions in London.
"Our internal pre-press facility could be the best option as the schedule is incredibly hectic," said production director Darrel Crowley.
It will also review its other suppliers including Graphic Inline, which produces the personalised letter, and Sunline, Packmail, MetroMail, McIntyre & Keen, Magazine Mailing and Polestar Jowetts, which are involved with polywrapping and distribution.
Redwood Publishing, which launched the magazine in 1994, also tendered for the contract along with PrintWeeks publisher Haymarket Publishing.
BSkyB customer marketing director Ian Shepherd said: "After a long and positive association with Redwood, Sky believes this is the time for a new partner to help take the magazine into a new phase of development."
The titles ABC circulation rose 34% year-on-year to 5.2m in the July-December 2001 audit period.
