The new site will house the firm's board, estimating and commercial operations.
The move comes nearly 18 months after the group announced plans to close its Milton Keynes headquarters.
The decision came about due to a reduced reliance on the head office with chief operating officer Catherine Hearn saying at the time: "This is just sensible restructuring of the business."
She added: "We're in a completely different shape than we were a few years ago so we have to look at our overhead costs."
Polestar has sites around the UK in locations including Colchester, Sheffield, Devon and Yorkshire.
