Former Sun Chemical chief executive Wes Lucas will head up the firm from May 11.

It is the fifth chief executive switch at the print giant since 2003.

Pladeau retains his position as president and chief executive of parent company Quebecor.

"I would like to underline the fact that during his tenure Pladeau has visited all of our global facilities to produce a comprehensive retooling plan that will make our company the most cost effective in our industry," said Quebecor chairman Brian Mulroney.
