MBA Group appoints new independent non-executive director

Multi-channel communications business MBA Group has appointed Alan Charnley as its first independent non-executive director.

Charnley will join the North London-headquartered company in the newly created role later this month.

He has previously held leadership roles around the world for Xerox, most recently serving as Xerox’s UK & Ireland managing director for six years. He has also served on Xerox Europe's Management & Audit Committees, on the CBI's London Council and as member of the CBI President's Forum.
