Fespa has unveiled its new branding, in a move that it said highlights its evolution and future-focused agenda, while also outlining its new corporate vision – Fespa Future.

Fespa said the new branding, which has been launched at the same time as the organisation’s new strapline, ‘Connect, Inspire, Support’, signifies more than a visual change.

“It is a reflection of Fespa’s purpose: to serve its community, promote creativity, and connect print professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive,” the company stated.

The refreshed look features a modern font and fresh logos that Fespa said deliver consistency across its branded assets and event portfolio.

The new branding is being rolled out across all Fespa platforms, including its website, social media channels, member communications, and flagship exhibitions.

The new logo features the ‘Fespa Fold’, which Fespa said symbolises the many layers of its organisation

Duncan MacOwan, head of marketing and events at Fespa, said: “Our new look is fresh, futuristic and brings a new level of clarity to how we present ourselves to our global community.

“Importantly, it reinforces our commitment to inspiring and supporting our network as the print landscape continues to evolve.”

The new branding coincides with the release of the Fespa Future manifesto, which is officially available now and details how Fespa connects, inspires, and supports its community beyond its global exhibitions.

The organisation said it shares insights and signposts trends through its thought leadership partner Keypoint Intelligence, as well as its various channels; and stimulates innovation and knowledge-sharing via its website, content hubs, and Club Fespa content.

It also promotes sustainability and said it leads by example, having received ISO 20121:2012 certification for Sustainable Event Management in 2024.

Additionally, the organisation said it actively engages the next generation of printers through its 37 global member Associations’ activities and Youth Engagement Days at its global exhibitions; and it reinvests into its Associations’ activities and programmes across the world.

Finally, it provides printed educational resources and other support to underserved communities around the world, while also encouraging sustainable practices across the print sector, through its sister organisation The Fespa Foundation.

Speaking under embargo at last month's Fespa Global Print Expo, Neil Felton, CEO of Fespa, said: “We’re not just a traditional tradeshow organiser, we are all about reinvesting the profit we make from our shows back into the industry. And connect, inspire, and support is where that is. It’s also about commitment [and our] manifesto supports several pillars.”

He said the five years since the Covid-19 pandemic, “which had a seismic impact on the Fespa community and the world at large” had been a period of recovery and rebuilding, with businesses focusing on stabilising, reviving revenue streams, and regaining commercial momentum.

Felton further commented: “For most, it’s been ‘survival mode’, and for Fespa, it has inevitably been a time for us to concentrate on our global event business. Five years down the line, we see now as the ideal time to galvanise our community with a refreshed and positive vision towards a prosperous future.

“Our Fespa Future manifesto highlights to the world how we’re continuing to support our global community, helping them to thrive, be empowered by knowledge and maximise opportunities.

“We will continue to lead with purpose, and by example, to ensure the speciality print sector continues to flourish.”
