The federation is exiting its two leased offices, at the St Bride Institute in London, and at Cleckheaton in West Yorkshire.
In future its operations will be concentrated at its Meriden facility near Coventry, which the BPIF owns.
“Like many organisations, BPIF has embraced more flexible working, which has become an integral part of how we support our members and learners across the UK,” the federation said in an update.
“Given the low attendance at two of our leased offices, we've made the decision not to renew the leases at our London St Brides and Cleckheaton offices. Our team continues to grow around our Meriden Office, which we own and where our finance and admin hub is based.”
BPIF CEO Charles Jarrold said the organisation employed around 55, of which half were involved with training, so the change “just made sense”.
He said the BPIF had enjoyed its time at St Bride’s, which had “worked really well” as a base.
“We hope to continue to hold events there, it remains a great print hub,” he added.
