The Bolton-based business produced the tailored scuff-resistant textile for the 1,000-run map, which was printed by German printer Firmengruppe Appl.
The original Mappa Mundi, which dates back to 1290, is displayed in Hereford Cathedral and represents a map of the world according to 13th century monks.
FiberMark Red Bridge produced 750 metres of the 1.4m-wide textile prior to printing on a KBA Rapida 162.
David Ives, business development manager at FiberMark Red Bridge, said: "Initially we tried manipulating standard products, but in the end it was obvious that this incredible product needed an exclusive textile solution.
"We have a long-standing relationship with the Folio Society who have a worldwide reputation for quality in everything they do."
A limited number of the maps are also available boxed by The London Fancy Box Co for £745.
