Another three significant print and related tenders are currently live and open for bids.

Warwick District Council (WDC) is inviting tenders for the supply of ballot papers, corresponding numbers lists, postal vote ballot packs, poll cards, postal vote refresh letters, large print ballot papers, and canvass household enquiry forms (HEFs), along with monthly invitations to registers and HEFs and household notification letters.

The council said it intends to establish an agreement for three years, with an option to extend for up to 24 months for the election printing materials.

It said the estimated value of the contract was £1.2m but that the maximum value could be £1.5m.

The tender is closing at 12pm on 15 May 2023 and it is due to start on 1 July 2023 and end on 30 June 2026.
