Three print and related tenders are now live - the biggest worth £700,000 - but they close for submissions next week.

Aston University is seeking to appoint four suppliers to create and establish a print services framework, with options to extend the appointment subject to the mutual agreement of the parties.

The lot structure is as follows: Lot 1 - corporate stationery (one supplier required); Lot 2 - general print (two suppliers required); Lot 3 - prospectuses and large campaigns (one supplier required).

Following the first stage (SQ), the following top scoring suppliers will move to the second (ITT) stage: Lot 1 (maximum of three suppliers); Lot 2 (maximum of six suppliers); Lot 3 (maximum of three suppliers).

Print services suppliers will be expected to work directly with different Aston departments, as well as its internal and external design team where appropriate.

Tendering companies can bid for a single lot or multiple lots of their choice.

Worth £700,000, the tender is closing at 12pm on Monday (23 January). The contract will start on 17 April 2023 and end on 16 April 2027.

More information and contact details for the buyer are available via the government’s Contracts Finder service.

Also posted on Contracts Finder is a tender from Luton Council, which is looking to partner with print suppliers to deliver its communications print requirements.

“This will include the printing and delivery of a range of print requests throughout the year including posters, flyers, leaflets, postcards, pull-up banners, bin tags, booklets, stickers, outdoor signage and other ad hoc items as and when required and often at very short notice,” the council stated.

Worth £160,000, this tender is closing at 5pm on Tuesday (24 January). It will start on 8 April 2023 and is due to end on 7 April 2027.

Finally, Liverpool City Council is seeking a range of suppliers to create a framework to provide range of external print services. The framework will be split into three lots: full-colour printing, high-volume web work; and adhesive wall vinyl and glass frosting.

Worth £600,000, tenders may be submitted for all lots and the framework term is 48 months. The tender closes at 4pm on Monday (23 January).

This tender has been posted on the government’s Find a Tender service, where further steps for submission can be found.
