Act now if you want awards glory

The clock is ticking, and in just under two-weeks’ time the entry deadline for 2018’s PrintWeek Awards will have passed*.

So, if you want to show your team how proud you are of their efforts or remind your customers that they’re working with the best in the business, it’s time to get a wriggle on.

Equally if there is a client (or clients) that despite your best efforts simply won’t let you get a foot in the door, or you fancy the idea of new business you weren’t even aware of coming to you simply because they like the cut of your jib – act now.

If that’s not enough to convince you, imagine peering down from the stage on the big night, PrintWeek Prism in hand, scanning a sea of smiling faces and, perhaps, a healthy smattering of your industry friends green with envy. That might persuade you to pull your finger out.

The PrintWeek Awards are the industry’s flagship awards scheme, and while they differ from other programmes because they’re independently judged by leading buyers and experts, require a range of samples and not just one, and are judged ‘blind’ so that everyone, large or small, has an equal chance of winning – they do have one important thing in common with most competitions.

You have to enter to have a chance of winning.

So, have a trawl though your sample cupboard and talk to your team and ask them which jobs over the past 12 months they’re most proud of and then register on the awards website and find out just how easy it is to enter.

Because 2018 just might be your year.
