The firm has bolstered its top management team with the internal promotions of Warren Beard and Geoff Duffelen, and the appointment of Steve Hawkins from Xerox.
It now plans to add to its product range, through link-ups with a number of as-yet unnamed software firms.
Mark Duffelen, Xeretec co-founder director, said that the growth in the management team would aid its expansion into other areas of business.
"We believe that with the larger management team, we will be able to give more focus to areas where we see significant opportunities for growth," he said.
Hawkins was most recently general manager for the firm's UK concession channel. Geoff Duffelen was senior sales manager, while Beard, previously senior sales account manager, was responsible for 70% of the firm's production sales in 2004.
