The firm has dropped the Vertis brand and disbanded the former structure across the three operations, which are now "managed by a discrete team responsible for their respective strategic and financial targets".
Croydon has reverted to its previous trading name of Olwen, VMT retains its name, while Swindon becomes Frog Fulfilment.
Meanwhile, UHY Hacker Young was appointed to the Leicester operation last week, just one day after all the former Vertis UK direct mail operations were acquired by Overgoal, headed up by print investor and restructuring specialist Mark Scanlon.
The administrators have laid off 160 of the Leicester operation's 260 staff but say they hope to sell it as a going concern. Leicester comprises a print site in Wigston and a mailing site in Bardon.
It had sales of 29m last year but was believed to be heavily loss-making, and it recently lost its largest client, Capital One, which accounted for 15% of sales.
Its former managing director Richard Husband has joined the board of Nottingham's Howitt.
