Following the acquisition, IT specialist TTG has already invested £1.25m in Expocentric, purchasing new equipment for its five London print sites.
Expocentric sales manager Steve Laker said: “With all the investment made, it is like a completely new company, but we will continue to run under the Expocentric name for the foreseeable future.”
Expocentric employs 35 staff and, prior to the takeover, had a turnover of £4.5m. No staff changes were made as a result of the purchase.
“Customers will notice no change, but we are in a better position now,” Laker said.
