Telegraph finalises move to News International sites

The Daily Telegraph today finalised its move across to News International's new trio of printing supersites in Broxbourne, Knowsley and Scotland.

The newspaper will now be printed in full colour, and to mark the occasion, a series of new features have been added, including a dedicated crossword and puzzle page, an improved weather page, a more up-to-date travel page and an expanded comment section.

A new nostalgic sports column has been added, while the arts & culture critics are now including five star ratings with their reviews. There will also be a 'Don't Miss List' of the daily art, theatre, cinema, opera and dance diaries.

PrintWeek announced exclusively in July that the newspaper would move across to News International during August.

The Telegraph moves to one of the world's most advanced printing sites, leaving behind it West Ferry, which was once the largest newspaper printing facility in Europe.
