Internet service provider Iteba has taken over Future Solutions (Systems), the supplier of the SolPrint MIS.
Three staff were made redundant, with the remaining nine relocating to Itebas north London offices.
Peter Griffin, previously managing director of Future Solutions (Systems) and current SolPrint operations director, said: "The next development of SolPrint is on the web side."
