New appointment Charles Hayward has been brought in from Ricoh Europe and will work with companies including BT, Xerox and Nationwide.

He said: "Keeping abreast of new and emerging technologies will ensure that we continue to provide leading-edge solutions to enable our clients to stay ahead of the competition."

Hayward’s previous experience includes roles as European partnership manager at Levi, Ray & Shoup and he has also worked as a senior consultant with Strategy Partners.
