Ricoh Europe acquires Irish tech company

Ricoh Europe has completed the acquisition of PFH Technology Group (PFH), an integrated digital infrastructure and managed services company.

Headquartered in Cork, Ireland, with additional offices in Dublin and Galway, PFH supports over 1,000 customers with their IT and communications technology needs.

Since its formation in 1985, PFH said it has secured the highest level of accreditation with partners such as AWS, Citrix, Commvault, Dell, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE), HP Inc., Lenovo, Microsoft, Pure Storage, and VMware.

Alberto Mariani, senior vice president, digital innovation, at Ricoh Europe, said: “This is a significant milestone for both Ricoh Europe and PFH. Ricoh Europe had announced its intent to acquire PFH on 3 April and the completion of the deal was revealed today (5 June).

Ricoh Europe and its shareholders were advised by KPMG, Taylor Wessing, and Matheson while PFH and its shareholders were advised by EY and Arthur Cox.
