It is rebranding following the consolidation of its Derby operation and Watford-based acquisition Advanced Graphics, into its Milton Keynes head office.
At the end of last year it set up flexo repro specialist arm TecnoFlex which largely targeted trade customers.
"Our strategy was to stabilise the company and allow ourselves some breathing space," said TecnoFlex production manager John Dallison. "We now intend to focus on growth."
Part of the company's consolidation plan included the disposal of its gravure division TecnoGrav.
"We want to get away from any past baggage," added TecnoLink client relations manager Andrea Beyer.
TecnoFlex is planning to make further investments to add to its platemaking kit, which includes a Cortron eXact 5280 flexo platesetter.
"The addition of TecnoFlex gives us a good mix and there is currently plenty of capacity," said TecnoLink and TecnoFlex production director Mark Canavan (pictured).
