Presstek-Europe will operate from the AB Dick facility in Brentford, and will be headed by AB Dick (UK) managing director Quen Baum (PrintWeek, 27 January 2005).
"This is an exciting opportunity to move Presstek's business forward in Europe," said Baum.
Baum will be responsible for Presstek's European dealer network as well as its AB Dick (UK) operation.
AB Dick (UK) general manager Ray Hillhouse has been promoted to the role of managing director, and will report directly to Baum.
AB Dick (UK) will continue to represent the firm's operations in the UK, and will be undertaking a new corporate identity to reflect the change.

Presstek has confirmed that it is restructuring its European operations, with the launch of a new company, Presstek-Europe.
