Roucaute: fully committed to the last day

Precision Proco chief technology officer Steeve Roucaute is leaving the group for a new role outside the industry.

Roucaute took up what was a newly created role in March 2021 and joined the group’s board at the same time.

He is currently working his notice and will leave the business next month to take up a new opportunity at a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company.

Roucaute told Printweek: “It’s been a busy and exciting two and a half years, where we evolved the business and positioned the tech for future and sustainable growth.

“I am finishing mid-August, and still in post and fully committed to the last day! I am leaving on good terms with the rest of the team here, and wish them the best of luck for the future.”

Roucaute’s new role is at a SaaS company specialising in cloud communications.

Precision Proco Group COO Jon Bailey said that the parting of ways was “friendly and relaxed”.

Roucaute is being replaced through internal promotion, but his role will not be replicated directly at board level.

Earlier this year Precision Proco Group tapped into the ‘creator economy’ and the reach of social media influencers with a new book publishing arm, Found.us.

The group’s most recent accounts show sales of £58.7m in the year to 31 March 2022.
