“I would like to thank John for his outstanding commitment and contribution to the development of Picon over the past 12 years, and wish him every success for the future,” said Picon chairman Roy Caslon.
Brazier’s departure comes a year after Picon sold Ipex to organizer IIR for an undisclosed sum and the same week that the industry body announced it had handed over the reins of youth initiative PrintIT! to sector skills council Proskills.
Brazier said: “I have enjoyed my time at Picon as chief executive and have taken great pride, during my tenure, with the support of dedicated staff, in working with council to deliver the services package to the members.
“Together with numerous other industry and external connections, it has enabled me to make a significant contribution to the development of Picon as a leading trade association”.
