Britains fourth largest magazine by circulation in the latest ABC figures, Oranges Just Talk, could move its 3.34m print run from a Dutch gravure printer to the UK.
Published by John Brown, Just Talks print production is overseen by London print management company Pressing Matters.
A spokesman for the firm said it may return to a UK heatset web printer this year. "We havent placed it yet, but itll probably come back here," he said.
Of the top 10 magazines by circulation, only Whats On TV was a paid-for title. Free titles include AA Magazine, Just Talk, Boots Health and Beauty, Safeway and Asda Magazine.
Top publication by circulation was Oranges O Magazine Group, which boasted a circulation increase of 271% to 4.939m. It comprises three Orange titles: Just Talk, O Magazine Business Edition and O Magazine Consumer Edition. O Magazine is printed by St Ives subsidiary Hunters Armley among others.
It seems that last years much-publicised demise of the lad-mag was slightly premature. FHM, printed by Cooper Clegg, ranked 18th with circulation up 2% at 716,679, while Maxim occupied 50th position with its circulation up to 328,463. However, Loadeds year-on-year figures were down 5.4% to 351,353.
In the battle of the celebrity weeklies OK! increased its circulation by 6.2% to 586,176, over rival Hello!s 502,679.
