Oce (UK) has bought Reigate-based Practical Print Solutions (PPS) as it looks to grow its facilities management business.
Print management firm PPS ranked 131 in last year's PrintWeek Top 500 with sales of almost 15m and pre-tax profits of 453,000.
It will be fully integrated into Oce's UK operations and no redundancies are expected among its 65 staff.
Marten Kingmans, international director of Oce Facilities Services, said: "PPS is recognised as being at the forefront of print management in the UK and we welcome the new skills this initiative will bring."
PPS' services include a bespoke print management system with online ordering, job tracking and management reporting, plus archiving and retrieval of text and images via its PDF Workflow Technology Service.
