The equipment will be distributed by KPG and is part of the groups alliance with the systems designer Exanet. KPG expects to have its first European client prior to Drupa, with UK interest expected to follow.
Both parties claim that ExaStore is a total data storage system offering a higher bandwidth to handle large files and access data quicker. The product independently scales capacity and performance while simplifying operation and management.
Prices start from 70,000 and targeted sectors include large commercial printers and medium sized printing firms with pre-press facilities.
