The group has bought a web-based application from Mtivity to enable staff at their clients' regional offices to access pre-approved templates, logos and images.
Kall Kwik has also appointed Kelly Rogerson as corporate sales executive. She joins from finance recruitment specialist Badenoch & Clark.
"With Rogerson and the Mtivity system we can add to our already successful relationships with clients like David Lloyd Leisure, Vauxhall, Dulux and Thistle Hotels," said Kall Kwik head of corporate brands Julie Shearer.
Last year Mtivity's web-based workflow application was installed at 56 of David Lloyd Leisure's clubs.
