Through the deal 43 Kall Kwik centres will be linked directly to each high-street branch of Office Angels, providing access to a range of print templates through Insite, its intranet site.
Once selected, personalised branch details can be input through a nominated Kall Kwik centre. At peak, there are 60,000 direct mail pieces distributed nationwide in one month.
Sandra Fitzgerald, commercial director of Kall Kwik UK, said: "There is no need for time-consuming e-mail or posting of original artwork to many locations. Once the template is up on the Kall Kwik site, the clients marketing department know their work is done."
Kall Kwik believes it is an important win in terms of recognition of its intranet capabilities. Head of marketing John Blyth said: "Weve established a simple and straightforward process of harnessing the power of the web. It does away with various stages and generally makes lives a lot easier."
It follows a pilot programme in summer 2001 across seven Office Angels branches.
Before using the Kall Kwik system, each Office Angels branch used a local printer or copy shop and negotiated its own rate. But this system means that all billing is centralised and copy remains consistent.
The contract is ongoing and if more Office Angel branches open across the UK, further Kall Kwik centres will become involved.
