The contract, which went out to tender, includes all marketing print, point-of-sale material, corporate stationery, brochures and leaflets. The contract was previously held by an unnamed PM firm.
"We are starting to see many second and third generation contracts changing hands, and there is no room for complacency," said HH Associates group production director Lee Humphreys.
The firm will provide print management initially in the UK, and this will be rolled out across a number of countries during the contract.
A dedicated account team will work with hotels and agencies onsite and offsite to provide the PM services.
This latest contract win comes on the back of a pan-European deal "worth millions", which was awarded by Black & Decker Europe.
The InterContinental Hotels Group is one of the world's largest hotel groups, with more than 3,500 hotels in nearly 100 countries. It includes the Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza chains.
HH Associates has a presence in over 19 countries, with plans to expand its operations further. It intends to be present in over 30 locations across Europe by the second quarter of next year.
The firm's clients include Thomson Holidays, the Labour Party, Carphone Warehouse and Unilever.
