HH Associates group sales director Tony Massey said the deal would involve the provision of dedicated resources in each country, with much of the in-country work still being printed locally.
The contract will cover the power tool manufacturer's entire marketing communications requirements, including sales literature, brochures and point of sale material.
Black & Decker Europe's director of consumer market implementation, Arturo Martorelli, said the contract would add transparency of costs and specifications, allowing its marketers and agencies to plan and budget more accurately.
The award of the Black & Decker Europe contract follows HH Associates' recent rebranding exercise. The firm had already announced that it intended to expand its offices across Europe.
