Heritage Printers in administration

Derby-based printer Business Forms & Design, which trades as Heritage Printers, has gone into administration.

Tyrone Courtman and John Edwards, of insolvency practitioner Cooper Parry, were appointed as administrators for Business Forms & Design on 14 August.

According to insolvency administrator Ben Connor of Cooper Parry, all the printer's staff have been made redundant and a sale of the business as a going concern is "unlikely".

Derby print management business MF Birch, which shares directors Nigel Birch and Andrea Priestley with Business Forms & Design, is unaffected by the closure.

Birch said: "We have worked with Heritage for the best part of 20 years, it is a very sad situation. There are staff there that we have known for a very long time."
