Bespoke boosts envelope output

Envelope manufacturer Bespoke Envelopes Direct has added an extra 55,000 envelopes per hour capacity with the purchase of two machines from US firm Halm worth 300,000.

The first machine, a Halm EM5000 (pictured), prints four colours on the front of the envelope and one colour on the reverse. Production speed is 30,000 envelopes per hour. The second is a two-colour Halm Jet XL, which is capable of 25,000 envelopes per hour.

Nigel Harper, managing director at Bespoke, said: “We have a tremendous range of printing and manufacturing equipment and will continue to invest in the very latest machinery to ensure that we are as productive as possible.”
