Atex picks up Unisys Media

Atex Group has continued its march along the acquisition trail with the purchase of content management firm Unisys Media, formerly part of the Unisys Corporation.

The deal, which was completed last Friday, follows software firm Atex’s January acquisition of AdBase developer Mactive.
