The company's turnover has grown by 59% in the past 12 months, while staff levels have increased by 40% in the same period. In addition, Peninsula gained 168 new clients over the past year and says it has a client retention rate of 98.2%. It has moved its commercial printing business into a new Bristol headquarters and tripled the size of the facility. The firm also invested £250,000 in a Presstek digital press. It opened an Exeter office at the end of 2007

What does the future hold?
In 2009, the company hopes to increase turnover to £5.5m, boost staff levels by 25% and open a new London-based facility. It also plans to invest heavily in the training of its staff. The firm will grow its CSR scheme to include support for local sports teams
