Ocado rebrands customer magazine

Ocado has relaunched its customer magazine Ocado Life and renamed it Shop, with the first issue due to be distributed this week.

The March/April issue of the 24-page magazine, which is published by August Media, features wine reviews and cake decorating tips along with recipes, vouchers and product reviews.

The magazine, which is printed by Artisan Press, will be seasonal and timed to coincide with key family dates such as Easter, back to school and Christmas.

August Media said that Shop will have a circulation of 200,000.

The publisher also produces This Magazine, Ocado’s other customer publication, which aims to give customers ideas and inspiration on how to use time they may have saved by shopping online.

August Media managing director Mark Lonergan said: "Shop and This Magazine have very different objectives but both have the spirit of Ocado which means we can challenge the conventions of retail magazines."
