Ocado launches quarterly customer magazine

Online supermarket Ocado has is to publish a quarterly magazine for its customers via customer publisher August Media.

The first issue of the 32pp +4 magazine Ocado Life is out now and printed by Artisan Press. It will be distributed with home deliveries to Ocado shoppers.

It focuses on what its readers can do with the time saved shopping online rather than trudging around a store, and features celebrity contributors such as philosopher Alain de Botton.

Ocado co-founder Jason Gissing said: "Ocado is all about engaging its customers and this sharp new magazine is a fantastic way to do that. The time we save them shopping for food will hopefully now be spent reading interesting, inspiring features and trying different things ins their lives."
