Ipex: the place to mull big questions

Hopefully many of you reading this will be doing so with a lanyard hanging fetchingly around necks because, ladies and gentlemen, this week is Ipex week.

Thousands of people, just like you, will be descending on the Excel in London keen to see the latest technical innovations relevant to the printing world in all their glory and listen to some of the 230 top printers, buyers and business leaders who will be sharing their insights on how to develop and grow your business.

With the economy and buyer confidence picking up, there’s never been a better time to take a look at where your business sits in the market and, just as importantly, where you want it to be in the future. And with that in mind there’s no better place to start mulling the ‘big questions’ than London’s Docklands.

Some of the big answers you’re looking for might involve investing in new technology, or they might be centred on entering new markets, or perhaps a new approach to how you sell. Or, like many of your peers, you may still be struggling to figure out what the big questions are.

Whatever camp you’re in, one thing is for certain: the answers (or questions) probably aren’t going to be found by staring into your computer screen – but they might just found when you’re staring into your coffee cup in the Excel’s central boulevard having just left a thought-provoking seminar or demonstration.

Of course, you might find yourself too busy getting bogged down in the daily grind to find the time to go to Ipex, but trust me that grind will still be there tomorrow. However, your next chance to be inspired might be significantly further away, not unlike your competitors who did find time to go to Ipex.
