Konica Minolta has expanded its collaboration with Solimar Systems to include the UK.
The fresh partnership is between Konica Business Solutions (UK) and the US-headquartered workflow specialist.
Solimar and Konica Minolta have worked together in the US since 2015, “delivering robust, industrial workflow solutions”.
Jamie Walsh, Solimar Systems sales manager for EMEA and APAC, said: “We will replicate this partnership in the UK, combining Solimar workflow solutions for existing and potential customers of the Accurio range of output devices, whether that be toner-based or inkjet cutsheet.”
Solimar’s product range spans print production and management tools including Solitrack job tracking and its Chemistry automation platform.
Chemistry is a modular Customer Communications Management (CCM) system that comprises a variety of workflow tools including job batching, load balancing, performance metrics and reporting.
Jon Hiscock, head of production and industrial print at KM UK, said Solimar’s systems offered a range of benefits to the firm’s customers.
“The addition of Solimar’s solutions to our portfolio will enable us to increase visibility across a customers’ operations and provide end-to-end workflow management,” he said.
“Solimar’s advanced workflow automation processes provide customers with the tools they need to take better control of the business, improve production efficiencies and boost ROI.”
