The machines are aimed at the commercial sign, print and graphics markets, and are suitable for mounting prints to boards and applying cold laminates along with application tapes and double-sided adhesives and vinyls.
The top-of-the-range model is the 2m-per-minute DH-1180, a 1,180mm-wide unit that uses double heat rollers that enable it to encapsulate as well as laminate and mount products up to 1,180mm wide. It also features a two-pass process for simultaneous mounting and laminating.
The entry-level machines in the Easymount series are the 995 desk-top EM-720 and EM-880, which can handle products up to 10mm thick and 720mm and 880mm wide respectively.
The mid-range production models are the 2m-per-minute freestanding 1,180mm wide EM-1180 and 1,580mm wide EM-1580, and the 1.8m-per-minute EM-1880, which can handle products up to 1,880mm wide and 25mm thick.
The EM-1180 and the EM-1580 (pictured) are also available as SH models with single heat rollers.
