Heidelberg UK hosts Grazia fashion shoot

Heidelberg UK was the backdrop for some industrial couture when Grazia magazine took over its Brentford showroom for a fashion shoot.

The company was contacted earlier this year by the fashion magazine, which was keen to use its showroom as the background for an industrial-themed photoshoot for its latest issue, which hit newsstands this week.

In a shoot taking place at the end of January, a model was photographed posed in front of one of Heidelberg’s Speedmaster presses as well as in the consumables storeroom.

Heidelberg donated the £800 location fee it was paid to local charity the Mulberry Centre, which provides practical and emotional support for cancer sufferers and their families.

Outgoing Heidelberg UK managing director Gerard Heanue said: “It was very out of the blue when the shoot came together. The Grazia team was very professional and we thought the shoot would be a nice little thing to do.

“The model looked great against our very modern presses and the team said that they specifically wanted to use our good-looking equipment.

“Mulberry Centre is a local charity that we work with a lot, providing some printing for them free of charge. We are always very keen to support them, and this was an opportunity that worked out well for us.”

Grazia is published in the UK by Bauer Consumer Media.
