Cestrian Imaging invests in DirectSmile Cross Media

Cestrian Imaging has invested in DirectSmile's Cross Media web-to-print software to allow it produce and measure personalised, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

The software, which was supplied and installed by UK distributor Transeo Media, will allow the Manchester-based wide format printer to synchronise campaigns across print, web, email and SMS and track response rates.

Cestrian marketing manager Emma Baker-Smith said: "The ability to create, test and dispatch from one screen dramatically increases the speed with which we can complete and distribute a customer campaign.

"Being able to track campaign responses and measure activity allows us to improve our customers' databases as well as strengthen their customer relations through better targeted, follow-up campaigns."

Baker-Smith also praised Transeo for its service and support. "The training provided by Transeo Media was excellent and the support team are always on hand to provide a quick solution to any query," she said.

"Even when we were interested in doing something that the system was not developed to do, the team were keen to help us devise a new way of fulfilling our needs."
