The firm, which is celebrating its centenary this year, said the kit is the world’s fastest wire binder, operating at top speeds of 4,000 binds per hour.
It provides fully automatic punching, binding, calendar hanger insertion, cover turning and stacking, and can handle formats up to 750x800mm – a first for the firm.
“This is a new format for us,” said Renz managing director Iain Bullock. “The 750mm is a new wider size for the firm. Up until now we haven’t produced a machine with a width more than 500mm.”
In addition, it can be linked to add-on kit such as collators, or feeders for cover inserts to increase its flexibility.
