Once PrintSure is installed, user accounts can be set up and notification emails sent to clients. Customers can receive or submit jobs through a browser without having to install any software.
Alternatively, regular clients can opt for DevZeroG’s unique 100% Web Installer. This installs an application droplet directly onto the client’s desktop and allows them to simply drag their files into the portal.
PrintSure has its own PDF/X and Ghent PDF Workgroup-compliant flight checking technology. This performs local pre-flight checks, indicating and fixing any errors that may exist, before the job is sent. Customers can create XMP-based job tickets, which are attached automatically to the file prior to upload. Jobs are then sent to their correct destinations. As all checks take place on the client side sending is unlikely to fail and so jobs only have to be dispatched once.
The software is cross-platform making it easy to integrate into clients’ existing applications. It offers scripting capabilities, metadata collection and the XMP exportable logs. It can also be connected to MIS and DAM tools.
PrintSure has a low cost of ownership with no per-seat licence, easy setup and maintenance. Customer transmission costs have been removed, letting file creators send jobs free of charge. Prices start at £1,700 for five users and rise to £12,000 for unlimited use.
